This beautiful 4.5 acre property has two homes on it. The first is a grist mill built in approximately 1770, and has been converted into a very rustic, yet open floor plan home with lots of original character. This home is owner occupied. The second home is about 100 feet away from the mill and was the miller’s house, also built in approximately 1770. It is currently a short-term vacation rental and is fully furnished and stocked. Both homes are original stone.
The property features extensive lawn, two streams that converge in the corner of the property, small ponds, and some small wooded areas. Both of the homes are unique, beautiful, and well maintained.
