Lovely 4 bedroom bungalow, very close to the Niagara wine region and Niagara Falls. Open concept great room with a new kitchen and a very large granite island for entertaining and cooking. Hardwood flooring, full master suite upstairs and downstairs.
In-ground pool, a large deck with massive pine trees and gardens, accessible from the kitchen area and fully fenced. We have a gas bar-b-que and lots of out door seating.
Our home has a separate dining room with a large 150 year old set that seats 10. There is a cosy living room.
We have a small dog and are non smokers.
