The main floor of the house is an open, 1800 square foot space, with contemporary kitchen (Miele appliances). A separate spice kitchen with gas stove and second refrigerator is perfect for staging.
The house is available to rent by the day, week, or month. Pricing determined by the length and involvement of the production, whether furniture will need to be moved, art changed etc.
There is no smoking allowed on the property- please enquire if an exception is needed for a particular scene or shot.
