This property is 1 and 1/2 acres features at 40 by 40 foot shop a 15 by 20 ft shed a 20 by 25 foot Quonset hut a 2500 square foot home the home features a 400 sq ft master bedroom with a jet tub shower toilet and sink all within the master bedroom it has a sunken living room with a wood and glass wall that is incredibly unique it is retro yet modern at the same time the main bathroom downstairs has a barn wood wall the spare bedroom is done in antiques and pictureless frames sort of country but unique the shop has a mezzanine as well as an office that is incredibly unique the bathroom in the shop features a sink that looks like the front of a pickup truck and a toilet that looks like a tractor with a countertop that is made from the dash of a truck the shop also has a hoist and two bays and a large mezzanine the property is on for tears the first tier is the house the second-tier is the shop the shed and the Quonset hut the third tier is in behind the shop it's smaller it features an 1958 School bus for storage as well as many other vehicles the top-tier is larger and has many vehicles of varying ages but most of them trucks this property is an auto wrecker and it is also a hoard there is ample parking anywhere you would like we are friends with all the neighbours and it is in a mountain farming area so there is lots of trees but there is also fields we are located 7 minutes from downtown Sorrento British Columbia which is a small community 45 minutes east of Kamloops the name of our area is called Notch Hill and my husband's family has been here since 1957 this property is quite creepy it would be a great place for a horror movie as people get scared being here during the day LOL but the inside of the house is nothing like that is not a horde and it is not scary it is done fairly nice I am open to any changes that need to be done to make it acceptable for a set and we have equipment here to move around stuff need be there is plenty of parking down the road at neighbours places for circus so no worries there there is hydro and Wi-Fi and everything that you need we usually have snow between the months of December and March and his beautiful green and almost tropical in the summertime Sorrento is one of the most popular vacation spots of all in all of Canada and people from all over the world own cabins here the property and business will be on this season's rust valley restorers on history channel so you can take a look at it there as well

I'm incredibly pragmatic person I see problems and solutions and I don't see anything else some would consider me cold but I don't think I am I'm just realistic I'm not one of those people that gets excited over ridiculous stuff like whether somebody's been on TV or not I judge a person on their values the respectfulness their gratitude and their empathy irestore and upcycle old furniture and unique pieces I do construction around my house and and constantly renovating as a way to keep my mind busy I am a co-owner of an auto wrecker whereby we also build custom trucks and repair them are Auto wrecker specializes in square body pickup trucks but we are not exclusive to them I am 44 years old my children are grown and out of the house and I am an above-average IQ but I like to consider myself the world's greatest underachiever as I could have went a lot further in life and should have I'm extremely adaptable and have lived in million-plus dollar homes to 340 square foot cabins off grid with no electricity and no indoor plumbing they're upsides and downsides to both I have not had an easy life but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger or at least that's what they say I find that it just made me bitchier I am an introvert I am INTP personality I do not like small talk I've done a lot of living in my short life and I hope to do a lot less has a lot of it was not planned anyways that's me in a nutshell basically it boils down to this I'm a nice person but even nice people have their limits
