One and a half acre Auto wrecker with home on property home has 400 square foot master bedroom with its own floor vaulted ceilings in the living room sunken living room it is on 1 and 1/2 acres in the mountains it also has 4 outbuildings one of which is a 40 by 40 square foot shop and the other three are old rickety buildings, the property is on a hillside with 4 tears house on first one shop and outbuildings on the next cars on the next and cars on the next, it very much has a spooky feel to it and gets quite a bit of snow in the winter it is fully accessible and only five minutes from the town of Sorrento the owner has lived here since 1957the living room and dining room area are an open floor plan lots of wood accents large beams in the living room home is approximately 1800 to 2000 square feetowner is very eccentric so the place is very eccentric as well
