Hotel This space is a PRIVATE hotel, meaning we only open our doors for one group to take over our entire property for private, exclusive use (closed to the public) for a night, weekend, month... Anything can be arranged. This 12-room contemporary boutique hotel offers several chic event spaces that are ideal for filming, and with no other guests or members of the public ever onsite, you have complete control, flexibility and privacy. In addition, you have fully-appointed hotel rooms for overnight accommodations, as well as plenty of parking and loading areas, making filming logistically headache-free.
This space almost feels as if it was built to host a reality television series for an extended period, and can certainly work brilliantly for any other type of filming, particularly commercials, documentaries or TV/movie scenes that require an urban/downtown, modern and/or "eco" feel, with our two spectacular living walls and unique styling, bringing modern architectural characteristics to a 75-year-old landmark Laguna Beach property. There is also an ocean-view Sundeck on the second floor, and the guest rooms have a Euro/NYC modern feel.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
