The sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and living room face west onto the Pacific Ocean and open up to a sizeable balcony with views of the Oceanside Pier and the bustling Strand. Decor is done in a contemporary/midcentury coastal style, unique to California.

Are all areas of the space accessible for production purposes (including the exterior)? Our whole unit is available with the exception of our walk-in closet, however there are 2 other units in the building whose tenants we must be mindful of. Can happily discuss in further detail.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
