With high ceilings and drive-in loading, the large warehouses accommodate multiple sets and production vehicles. Built in 1924, the space features sandblasted brick walls, concrete floors, original distressed fire doors, as well as clean backdrops. Our studio offers in-house equipment and prop rentals, and is conveniently located 2 minutes off the 110 freeway, south of the 10.
Great for: Film + Photo Shoots, Car Commercials, Music Videos, Set builds, Pop-up / Events, Art Shows, Meetings + Workshops + All Creative Projects. Productions of any size welcome.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
