Colourful chairs, granite counters, and light porcelain floors complete the open space with state of the art, modern appliances. Spacious master bathroom features a beautiful stone countertop, large glass mirror with dark wood frame, tiled floor, earth tones, and a rain shower. Cool basement hangout room, complete with library, air hockey table, fireplace, wii (and Rockband accessories), and big screen TV with surround sound.
House rules:
1) Dishes and utensils not available during productions. Please bring your own.
2) Please remove shoes at front door (unless required in filming) or cover floors.
3) 1 large sized and very friendly dog live in house. If you need him to leave he can go with the dog-walker for a day (additional $40).
4) If family photos need to be removed, please remove carefully and return to their original placements.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
