ELECTRICAL - 120V, single-phase, 100A, 3 prong outlets - 208/230v, single-phase, 20A, portable AC outlet (1 outlet) Productions are welcome to bring generators LAYOUT - Entry room (carpeted floor) ~ 400 sq. ft. - Main room (concrete floor) - 2 Private Restrooms inside the unit - Storage room with amenities accessible to clients REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT Bookings require a Refundable Damage Deposit of 50% of the booking fee rounded up in $500 increments, with a $500 minimum even for small productions. The amount is held to safeguard against potential damages to the space or included amenities. If there are damages or overtime, the charges will be processed and deducted from the deposit, and the remainder will be refunded. Deposit amount may be higher depending on the nature of the production. AIR CONDITIONING There are 3 mini-split units to cool and heat the space. The space is in a 1920s concrete building with no insulation, making it difficult to keep the space cool/hot using just the AC units. We provide several commercial fans and the windows can open to aid with airflow. You are free to bring in fans and portable AC units. On warm days, we encourage turning on all AC units, using the provided fans, and opening the windows to maximize airflow and keep the space as cool as possible. No central AC. PARKING Parking options include private lots, street meters, and valet parking. Daytime: Private lots cost $10-$20/day, with capacities of 20-200 cars. Street meters available at $0.50–$6/hr depending on the time and location. Rooftop lots close around 6-7pm. Night: Free meter parking starts at 6 pm (usually clear by 6:30pm). Valet or prepaid lot parking can be arranged. Parking lots are independently operated. We are not liable for theft/damage.
