It's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom house in a quiet family neighborhood. There is a large front room with a bay window, perfect for filming (the window can be blacked out if need be for lighting). There is a full kitchen which opens to the living room, and a kitchen "nook" with a large dining room table that works well for a staging area. There is a couch and flat screen tv in the living room. One of the bathrooms has a bathtub, and the other bathroom has two sinks and a large, walk-in shower. The house also has a large backyard and patio, and a garage. It is possible to film scenes in the backyard as well, and there is a hot tub.
Another added bonus is that there is lots of available street parking with no meters, so parking is not an issue. Film crews have shot at my house before, so my neighbors are used to it and cool with it.
