While the exterior maintains a rustic ranch-like look, the interior is a luxurious and modern retreat. Sustainability and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do...from our business to our daily practices. The entire property is solar/battery powered, and was built to exceed the green building requirements of the County of San Luis Obispo. The structures exterior shell was constructed using Structural Insulated Panels for maximum energy efficiency, providing environmental advantages such as high insulation properties and excellent indoor air quality. Superior insulation significantly reduces our heating and cooling needs.
