This amazing space is centrally located in the heart of New York. Close to public transportation. The space boasts 1500 sq. ft. two floors. A former restaurant now the home of a tattoo studio. The main floor consists of two rooms the lounge area has wood beams and tin ceilings. Dark hard wood vinyl floors and velvet couches. Accented with gold decor and candles the lights dim and this room is ready for all parties. There is a bar that can easily serve many guests.
The main room has high ceilings and is rectangular in shape. One wall is exposed brick which gives it a rustic feel. French windows open up to the street to allow the city vibe in to the space. There are lights and fans that allow the room to be dimmed and brightened. It's a versatile space that can host product launches to comedy shows and fundraisers.
