This east facing raised ranch sits on a hill and has a forest behind it. Neighborhood is quiet. Forest yields a variety of birds, rabbits, chipmunks, and deer. Backyard of property goes about 100 feet back in the woods. Inside the home: open concept living and dining rooms, flanked by a window wall. One bedroom furnished as office space; one bedroom furnished as TV/reading room. Kitchen has a skylight, and breakfast bar. Opens into three season room full of windows. Tons of natural light in this house. Three season room opens via sliding doors to private patio. USE OF SPACE: Use of space is permitted between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Owner furniture can be moved, but renter must have insurance for any damage that occurs. All furniture and decor should be returned to original position before renter exits the home. There is a key code entry for front and back entrances. Also a garage opener. Must close and lock all entrances when leaving. PRICING: Rent includes cleaning costs. Must guarantee licensed electrician onsite for filming and proper city permits (renters expense). PARKING: Parking is free, but must be either in the driveway (3 spots) or on the street in the shoulder in front of the property. Do not block neighbors' driveways. Renter's are responsible for parking tickets and must adhere to city regulations.
