Short Notice/special requirements bookings are welcome!
1. The special price $699 is for 12 hours of using the Mansion - from 10 am to 10 pm
If you need to use the Mansion for more than 12 hours or stay overnight, please send us an email and let us know.
2. The Mansion is available for Film Shoot / Video Shoot / Photo Shoot / film crew from 10 am - 10 pm
ATTENTION:
Film Production Companies - Film Shoot / Video Shoot / Photo Shoot, if the film crew is more than 15 people you have to send us an email and get an approval from the owner of the property for the total number of the film crew!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
