Centrally located in the heart of Atlanta, our neighborhood Ansley Park has hosted several film sites over the years. Our home, built in 1920, looks deceiving from the outside, but opens up to a much larger space inside. We offer an open floor plan, where kitchen, dining and family rooms all mingle together for easy entertaining and flow. The main level consists of formal dining room and living room, with kitchen, dining area and large family great room that opens up to the screen double porch/outdoor living room that is like a tree house in the city. Upstairs hosts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The lower level of the home has wine cellar for entertaining, guest bedroom with sitting area, large billiards room and another screen porch with a ping pong table. Our home is decorated in an eclectic way. We are world travelers so much of the decor tells stories of our adventures. No specific style or theme, just comfortable, inviting and unique. We are outdoors people who have animal trophies, but able to move and rearranged as needed.
