Huge Industrial-Style Studio with tall ceilings and abundant natural light. Office located in a 2,500 sq ft studio with 17+ foot ceiling height, and polished concrete flooring. Rentals include full use of studio facility: reception area, private office, changing area with clothing rack and blackout curtains, hair/make-up area, brand new eat-in kitchen with modern white cabinetry and full size stainless steel refrigerator, variety of sofas/chairs in lounge to relax. Brand new AC/heater that may be adjusted to meet your needs.
Variety of backgrounds to choose from, including natural light and industrial look, exposed brick wall, studio white, green screen, wood, etc. Full range of camera and production equipment available for rent or bring your own. Sofas and other furniture that can be moved or utilized for filming as needed.
Windows on all four sides of central room bathe the space in natural light. Space is quiet with no shared walls. Suitable for most audio needs but not 100% sound proofed.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
