— You get your own parking spot in front of the house for 1 car OR SUV.
— If you have more than 1 car, then contact the Host.
— The backyard garden is fully fenced and shared with the owner's family front house.
— Large garbage and recycling bins are at the end of the driveway.
— If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs/ weapons/illegal social behaviour/fireworks of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
— Place is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party.
