ADDITIONAL FEES • Rates are tiered by total number of attendees. • Productions which exceed a maximum number of attendees will be charged additional fees through Peerspace. • Both our site rep and covid disinfectant fees are factored into a single line item. • Trash bags that cannot fit into on-site bins must be removed from property -- or are subject to a $10 fee for each trash bag or box. LOCATION DETAILS • We're located in West Los Angeles -- nearby several freeway exits. • Our space includes a gourmet kitchen, modern styling, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, leafy front and back yards, an artist's studio, and a driveway that can accommodate four tandem-parked cars. • Our friendly cat Whiskey will be on site. He's a good boy. PARKING: • Please be mindful of street parking signs to avoid tickets. • Street-cleaning is on Wednesdays and Thursdays between 12-2:30P.
