The farmhouse is located on 58 acres of undeveloped farm land. The rustic house is close to 100 years old and has the look and feel of a simple farm right down to the front porch swing and wooden railing. The house itself is very traditional with low ceilings and lots of windows. The interior décor fits with the farm look and feel.
The eat-in kitchen has all modern appliances and has a wall of windows that showcase the wide open spaces of the side yard. The bathroom has a both a tub and shower. The finished back porch is the perfect quiet place to sit, reflect and enjoy the sunshine. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and inviting.
There are several outbuildings on the farm along with an outdoor stage, garage, feed shed, tobacco barn and wash house. All of these buildings add to the country feel of the location.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
