This custom-built home has traditional interior aspects with a wide hallway allowing for easy shoots into family and living rooms. The exterior makes it special with a huge tropical pool perfect for mid-century-to-80's period shoots or double as a resort. The oversized, curved pool features a built-n table, diving board and wide steps. Adjacent is a 10-person spa with 2 tables. It is surrounded by 40 palm trees including a gorgeous Madagascar, providing it the resort atmosphere. There's a large fire pit, an outdoor kitchen and lots of nooks for seating. The front features a circular drive for a nice look and easy crew accessibility. There is a separate back driveway adjacent to a 3-car garage that's perfect for catering or crew trucks. Besides the large family & living rooms (both with fireplaces) with a wide hallway, the downstairs has a nice-sized kitchen (dated style) two bathrooms, a utility room and a traditional staircase. Upstairs has a large master with a fireplace and an exterior deck overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are several animal residents but they are all happily moved offsite. The house is our home so it's furnished. We are open to packing up contents of any room with the crew to move the furnishings as needed. Use of the dining room and garage is possible but negotiated separately. The house is on a cul-de-sac for easy parking and security and just a few neighbors needed for approval or extra space.
