The space is a large cafe/bar in the College and Ossington area in a double wide building with a large footprint. With almost 2000 sqft of customer space, the location provides a wide variety of settings and use possibilities. It is filled with natural light which adds to the already warm lighting in the interior. The large bar has both a low and high portion, each 20ft+ in length. The booth seating accommodates 16 people, with the rest of the seating combined accommodating an additional 30, and a total occupancy of 90 individuals. The floor is a well kept terrazzo style stone floor and a variety of artwork adornes the walls.
