The master bedroom size is also very generous and it's easy to shoot there, again with a huge wall of glass and great natural light. Same also for the master bath, which includes more big windows, fantastic light, skylights, a floating teak wood vanity with glass sinks, and both an indoor and outdoor shower and gorgeous unique stone work. The toilet is hidden away which makes it perfect for commercial shoots for beauty and a spa-like look. There is also an ultra hip "bachelor pad" studio (with en-suite bath), is complete with vinyl/turntables and a circular couch perfect for shoots or even just as a changing area for wardrobe and styling. The huge carport and driveway area can be used for hair and makeup or craft services if you have a larger shoot... and because it's adjacent to the "bachelor pad" studio... it's perfect set up as the staging area. WE REQUEST THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY HONEST AND TRANSPARENT ABOUT HOW YOU WILL BE WANTING TO USE THE PROPERTY AND HOW MANY ATTENDEES AND THE AMOUNT OF EQUIPMENT YOU WILL BE USING. ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES OR MORE EXTENSIVE HOURS OR DIFFERENT USAGE OTHER THAN WHAT HAS BEEN AGREED WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.
