The freestanding industrial space is located at ground level. Within the main production space, the ceiling varies between twelve feet and fifteen feet in height.
Our location is only rented to one client at a time and has 6 private parking spots available for your use.

- In-house Engineer
- Instruments including Yamaha C7 Grand Piano, Guitars, Drums, Microphones etc.
- Production office with a private bathroom.
Our Los Angeles Fashion District location is two blocks from the 10 freeway, making it a centrally located / easily accessible destination.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
