This is an unoccupied home in one of the areas most exclusive beach locations. Two stories, oak floors, no furniture so you can make it look any way you like on the inside. There is a staircase, "maid's quarters", separate one car garage and circular driveway that can accommodate many cars. Street parking is also available and there is an empty lot across the street that can be requested for parking/staging. The home was built in 1941. PLEASE NOTE: The furnishings in the pictures are NOT in the home. The house is completely empty and can be decorated in any way you wish.
