Adjacent to a small college, this house served as a dormitory for language clubs between 1945 and 2003 and retains many features of that era including two bedrooms and full bathroom in the attic, a small recreational kitchen in the basement, and a coin-operated washer and dryer. Additional features of this dog-friendly house include a large front porch, back stairs leading to the kitchen, and three bedrooms on the second floor including one with a fireplace.
