Multiple sections of the venue are available for rent. Outdoor area is perfect for any open-air networking events. Access to multimedia LED screens make it perfect for any music video, film/photo shoots or as the backdrop to a panel series. Office spaces and conference also available for corporate meetings or company functions. Exterior has a huge parking lot area organizers can rent out for additional fees. Street metered parking also available.
Amenities include: WiFi, indoor conference room, projector, whiteboard, Parking Lot and Street Parking, Outdoor, kitchenette, Handicap Accessible, Pet Friendly.
Additional Services: We can provide tech engineers and custom motion graphic design services for additional fees. Mandatory one tech engineer to operate LED Glass walls. Tables, chairs and other furniture rentals available for additional fees.
Space is located in a gated, safe office building complex in the heart of financial district in Downtown Los Angeles.
Due to the shared nature of our building, at least one staff person must be on site during your event at the cost of $30 hour until load out.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
