My husband is a contractor and I'm an interior designer. Our house is our favourite experiment. We've spent years creating all sorts of custom installations and fixtures. From the front our house looks like a modest bungalow but as soon as you walk in, and especially once you hit the backyard, you'll find unexpected and interesting design details.
We recently hosted our wedding in the backyard and created a luxurious garden venue complete with unique lighting plan, a gazebo/dance floor, abundant planting and an outdoor kitchen.
Our house and backyard are available for filming or photography. Our rate is negotiable depending on scope of project.
We have kids at home so we need 1-2 business days advance notice of any planned visits in order arrange their schedules accordingly. Apart from that our own schedules are flexible.
We also have a cat, who will be mildly curious about newcomers but ultimately indifferent to general activity and commotion.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
