Our neighbourhood designated our house the "Home Alone" house. It's traditional red brick and white trim and black shutters make it stand grand on our street. Whether it's full summer with all of its' gardens popping, or the dead of winter when it's coated in a white frosting this house shines.
Located just east of the Beaches of Toronto, our neighbourhood was once "cottage country" in horse and buggy times. Our street boasts wide roads and large trees and picturesque and quintessential neighbourhood feel
Our house is on a 50x108 lot, boasting a huge backyard and in ground pool, large entertaining area and a hand crafted shed that looks more like a pool cabana bar.
The inside is cozy with a wood burning fireplace and lots of nooks to curl up in. There are three bedrooms, and one office/bedroom. The Master suite is very large with a full four poster canopy bed and large master bath. The house was built in 1947 and the original trim is still in tact in the main part of the house and the entire upstairs.
We are the 3rd owners of this house, we purchased it from a wonderful lady who had lived in it for 27yrs and graciously selected us to raise our family in it.
The house is available any time, prefer full days but longer and shorter term are available. There are no special rules other than to return the house to the condition in which you found it and cover a cleaning service for post shoot. Special pricing for long term rentals will happily be negotiated.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
