We've chosen decor that is meaningful and very photogenic.
1,800 sq ft 3 bedrooms, 2 bath Perfect for:
Photo shoots, Film projects, Influencer content creators, Fashion brands, Kitchen brands, Wellness brands, furniture brands and platforms.
This is our home, and also a perfect space to host film crews, photoshoots and Kitchen series, we have space for wardrobe/makeup, gear storage and craft services.
Through lobby up elevator access, private residence entrance, freight elevator in building.
When you check in we will be on holiday, the place is all yours, full apartment access, we might be in town in which case we would help you get checked in ect..
*No shoes unless covered with hospital booties
*Recycle all plastics and paper goods separately from trash
(trash/recycling disposal on same floor)
*Located in the historic financial district of Manhattan, great local views.
*The 1, 4/ 5 and R/Q , J/Z trains are all within 1 to 2 blocks walk away

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
