Welcome to our paradise on 100 Acres!
Our family house sits on a beautiful 100 acres of mature forest, just a 2.5 - 3 drive from Toronto, north of Huntsville. The property is covered with hiking trails, a lowland swamp area, as well as a small summit with a cliff. A little creek runs down the property and connects to a pond, and there is a few hunting blinds that can be spotted throughout the property which can be perfect for outdoor films. A small barn and detached garage are off the main driveway. Large open area behind the house with a wood burning hot-tub and 6ft wide fire pit out back in addition to a newer small back cabin that could be great for photo shoots or Christmas videos. There is an ATV, UTV, snowmobiles and tractor on the site, and a camper beside the barn which could be used as a temporary office. A lake is within a 5 minute drive as well as sled trails within minutes and multiple utility trailers are on site. Plenty of parking on the driveway and by the barn.
Perfect for films, music videos, Christmas videos, commercials, small films or photoshoots!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
