The large trees keep every neighbor out of site while you enjoy Foosball, a brand new hot tub and a rare large tranquil yard for family activities. This is a true 2 bed / 2 full bath cabin who's master has a private on-suite bathroom. All of this within a 10 minute drive to the Pigeon Forge strip. Ready for: - Photo Shoot - Video Shoot - Music Video - Documentary - Commercial - Interviews - Casting - Events - Screening -INSURANCE: Proof of insurance is required. You will need to add us into your insurance. For proof of insurance, the guests will need to add 'Belle Hampton Properties, LLC' to their insurance, and they will need to email us their proof of insurance before we confirm their booking -EQUIPMENT: No equipment can be directly laid down on any floors within the home. There must be some protectant covering the floors. - PERMITS: A permit is recommended but not required. And if for any reason the shoot is shut down by the city of LA or any other managing county, the host is not responsible for the shut down, loss of production or fees. Full rent is still due to host even if film in the shut down. Guests will be responsible for any extra fees incurred for this. -MOVING FURNITURE: Guest may not move any appliances or large furniture such as sofas, beds, dressers. Only items that can be moved are small items such as chairs or side tables. If anything small items are moved, guest must take photos of the furniture and place the furniture back in the place it was found $125 CLEANING fee included in daily rate
