This is a unique house that mixes modern and eclectic tastes with a comfortable cottage environment. Steps to the lake on a street with few other houses, there is a long driveway and double car garage perfect for accommodating multiple vehicles. A free standing 2 car garage features an above studio space and the property has a large front and rear yard. The All- black siding on the exterior is unique and contrasts really well with the heavily treed surroundings. There is a covered front porch with a swing that creates a homey small town feel.
