Massive Lower 1920's Spanish 4-Plex : Lower Unit Avaible

Spanish style 4 unit building. Approx 1300 sq ft unit mostly furnished (but empty drawers). Has Living room, Dining room, Full kitchen with eating area and pantry/washroom and a back door. Bedrooms both painted a light tan. Long hall way and huge walk in hall closet. Bathroom is updated with porcelain marble looking tiles, and new sink and Potty but original 1920's vintage deep tub still remains alog tieh vintage medicine cabinet and heater vent. Lots of natural light. Window filming can be done from outside. On the opposite side there is a basement with steps, steps are on the outside, very unique design. This is a 4 unit building (three units are rented, but you can use the front) we have vintage rose bushes outside and grass in front. The building color is beige with white trim, and is very common from original time till now. Many feature are original, or restored to look original. Unit has it own entry from the outside. The garage is 4 garages with wooded doors (old style), looks a little rough at the time I write this, and we do have stuff in them, so limited access. Great neighborhood, Excellent for any time era piece from 1927 to today . I furnished the apartment with mostly quality vintage and basic furniture, in which you may use, so you can find any year that fits your production. I have various style mixed dishes, appliances, and utensils available in the kitchen for props. There are two pay parking lots. Small dirty area with a tree on the side of the backyard can be used for holding, but you need to bring chairs, it's under a vintage avocado tree, and is mostly shade, and is all dirt... a port a potty can be place there too, if needed. I estimate about 10 chair and a craft table can be put there. The unit is for regular filming purposes only. No utilities available, need to bring generator as this is a residential property. Restroom use is negotiable for mini/micro crew only (TBD). Any other use of the property other then filming please ask.
