Grove Street Studios is a multi-purpose art, film and event complex located in the heart of Houston's thriving East End District next to the iconic Buffalo Bayou. Our mission is to cultivate an inclusive community for local, national and international talent, creatives, and entrepreneurs.
Grove Street Studios features approximately 8000 sqft of raw open venue space with a mezzanine level and over an acre of outdoor area. The venue comes complete with an industrial HVAC system, 3 Phase Power Concrete Walls, multiple docks for easy access, and features.
Grove Street Management aims to support all event coordinator needs from event rentals to full-scale event production. A brief list of items for rent and services available are listed below and a full catalog can be provided by request.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
