Hi, my name is Andrew and I am a luthier and trim carpenter by trade. I spent two years building this home by hand. It has an 800 sqft. roof top deck overlooking the south platte River valley and Kenosha pass to the west. There is 20 feet of almost solid windows on the south face of the house. I have had product photography done on the walnut staircase and it turned out fantastic. Home is not kept immaculately clean as I have dogs, but can be cleaned professionally in the event of a rental.
