Niagara Falls Country Estate Home On 70 Acres

Due to COVID we are currently only allowing exterior use of our home. New, extremely clean luxurious country estate home on 72 acres, located just 7 minutes outside the city of Niagara Falls Canada. "Quite on the set" is easy when you're this far away from other houses. Magazine worthy kitchen with huge island and separate beverage room with built-in cappuccino / espresso machine. West wall is mostly glass, providing views out to the covered porch, inground pool, and fields. It also allows a lot of natural light into the space. The foyer is grand (18 feet) with a curved staircase, large chandelier, high end ceramic tile and a double / french door. The bedrooms are spacious, with 2 of them walking out to the upper level deck enclosed by a glass railing. The ensuite bathroom for the main bedroom is equally as grand with double sinks, stylish tub, and an oversize shower made of tile and glass. The pool is the large, surrounded by stamped concrete, flowerbeds, and black iron fencing. The large red barn was built in the 1950s. Horses live onsite. There is an outdoor horse riding arena, a grassy paddock, and 50+ acres of cleared fields as well as 16 acres of forrest (for those outdoor creepy shots). There is plenty of parking available for the cast & crew. There is no smoking permitted on our property.
