A beautiful Georgian home built in the 1930s, embedded in leafy Forest Hill. The location is north of St. Clair St. W., and west one block off Spadina Avenue set on a 50' by 133' lot with mature trees everywhere. This 3,400 sf home is well manicured with a lovely garden in the front yard and a granite paved drive and pad. In the backyard you will find a large 20x40 in ground pool. The home is an excellent shoot for any commercial, film or other professional shoot.
The home can be made available to a company wishing to shoot a short TV commercial for a few days, up to a major film or HBO/Netflix/Crave production for a longer period of time. The drive and park pad hold 3 vehicles but ample street parking is readily available for several blocks around our home.
In terms of pricing, we are flexible depending on the need and period of time and are easy to work with to ensure the staff are comfortable and productive. We have shot a commercial to two here over the years, and so would work with you to reflect whatever the market rates for home rentals would be for this purpose.
