This BOUTIQUE is an artistic, 1,300 sq ft facility located in the heart of Los Angeles. The store's walls and floors are beautifully decorated with murals and paintings created by Nic The Artist. The store is divived by an entranceway, with the art gallery in the front and the fashion store in the main lobby. The store can be emptied or stocked with merchandise for a film or photo shoot. The two rooms can also be cleared for a pop up event. The store also has a projector and a monitor for private screening (up to 15 people).

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
