Sweeping 180 degree lake and city lights form the backdrop for this stunning modern jewel. Inside, 30 ft ceilings and walls of glass create wide open spaces for dolly shots and panoramas. Capture scenes below from the loft or catwalk, lit by natural sunlight from the belvedere. On the lake level, you will find a billiards table, ping pong table, chess set and 6 seat theatre all set on a terrazzo floor made of green glass washed up on the estates private beach. In addition to extensive lake view decks and patios, a huge lakeside terrace, firepit and private Sandy Beach, boat launch and dock. A private road at the rear of the property provided easy direct access to the lake and room for equipment trailer and crew parking. A large flat lawn has plenty of space for tents, toilets and craft services. Additional parking available at lakefront park next door.
