Our house is located in Welland Ontario, 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls and 1 1/2 hour from Toronto. Our house measures 3300 sq. ft. + an additional 1200 sq. ft. in the partly finished basement. The basement has high ceilings, laundry room and a bathroom. The basement has a walkout that leads to the backyard through a staircase. We are located near Chippawa Park; which is a large and beautiful park with walking trails, a pond and play areas. We are also steps away from the Welland Canal and the Welland River. The house is very clean and nicely decorated. The foyer leads to a large living and dining rooms and also to the main floor family room. We have a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including built-in wine fridge, a gas stove with pot filler. There is also a cozy sunroom on the main floor and a powder room. The main floor is also comprised of 2 fireplaces: 1 gas and 1 wood burning. There are 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. One of the bedrooms is currently used as a walk-in closet. The large master bedroom has an ensuite and a large window facing the backyard and back street. The detached 2 car garage with remote entry is accessible via the back street. The garage has a side door that opens unto the courtyard to access the house from the back entrance. The large yard is nicely landscaped. There is a large patio, brick walkway and a fountain in the center of he yard. We have a variety of flowers, some trees, including a mature magnolia tree.
