The Mid-Century Modern Garden offers a great space for small to mid-sized productions. Scandinavian in style, this 1000 square foot duplex is fully renovated, with access to a Japanese inspired garden. It's appeal is unique. It provides an intimate and cozy environment without compromising a professional setting to accomplish work and creative goals. It's ideal for photography shoots, video shoots, music videos and more. Built in 1910, the federal style duplexed home is located in Bushwick South. On the first level, the kitchen/dining room area is an open layout with exposed brick wall. There is also a bedroom which can be used for additional photograpy or dressing room. The fully refinished basement level has another room for more photography, staging, or green room. There is also a projector with surround sound for screening purposes based on various production needs. The Japanesse-inspired Garden is square feet accompanied with cedar deck, idyllic plants and marble stone pathway. The backyard is surrounded by a pine fence with beautifully stained deck near the end of the yard. One of the backyard yard's happiest features is the oringal mural by Bushwick's artist, Josama.
