A quick 20-minute drive from RDU, this property features five exterior buildings with immense character, including an open-air garage and stables built for miniature horses. The property overlooks ~6 acres of a private field (not available for production, but okay for scenic) that was originally part of the farm managed by this farmhouse.
Other period-correct property characteristics include a fence line, hand-dug stone well, dirt driveway, clothesline, (permitted) burn pile near the stables, a small front porch and enough forest to frame out nearby neighbors. All outbuildings feature heavily-weathered wooden exteriors, rusty tin roofs and are surrounded by mature oak, maple and pecan trees.
Available immediately. Production company will have access to entire property — minus the house interior — with plenty of parking. Refrain from driving over septic tank and leaching field. The exterior of this property is available for production. We live in the house and would prefer not to make the interior available.
