A 100 acre working farm with a very beautiful, quiet location which is a perfect combination of wild and cultivated. The property is about 80 percent managed forest (mature hardwood bush) and 20 percent meadow and cleared area under cultivation. Numerous wild and domestic plant and animal species are on site. There is a 3/4 acre pond.
The main barn loft is furnished as a studio apartment. It is a king post and beam construction in Ontario farm style with a cupola and furnished with country antiques. The living space is approximately 1100 square feet. There are three horse stalls in the main barn and four more stalls in the second barn.
There is a half bath with a clawfoot tub and compost toilet and a small kitchenette with a mini fridge/freezer and an induction burner for cooking.
We are happy to negotiate a favourable rate for use of the entire property.
