Located 30 minutes from Toronto, this beautiful property includes a small cottage, garage, a large lake with islands, docks, fruit trees. Absolutely beautiful and perfect for outside scenes with water features.
Inside Garage, there are many Moose heads, equipment, tools, etc.
At the back of the property, there is a water sport-Wake Park-Railyard Wake Park. There are train tracks at the far end of the property. We have ample parking. There is also a smaller lake right next to the cottage. We also have heavy equipment on the property-dump trucks, an excavator, bulldozers. There is a forest around us.
