Cozy and unique, the home features; exceptional 12-foot ceilings (higher in some areas of the home ), exposed wooden beams and a skylight that offers abundance of light to brighten the space.
Hardwood floors, exposed 100-year-old brick walls, and refined furnishings making this warm loft the perfect home away from home.
Bright and spacious, the unit is set up on 2 floors. The mezzanine houses a second bedroom, sleeping two more, 4 people in total. Please note, the space and bedrooms are open concept. Situated on the third floor, it has no elevator and features a large balcony overlooking Rue Champs de Mars.

There is no TV, but who needs one when the old Port is your backyard? There is more to see out there than staying indoors!!
