Beautiful and friendly detached side split home on a large corner lot. The property features large windows, hardwood finishes, stainless steel utilities, and a well kept and functioning brick wood fireplace. The house also has a 1.5 car garage with direct access into the home. The house also features beautiful and well kept gardens in the front, side and backyard. Backyard patio, hot tub, and BBQ are present. The basement is finished and can be used as needed.
Ample overnight storage available in the basement or garage.
Availability is negotiable but preferred from Monday to Thursday between 9am to 5pm.
Location rules:
- Coffee machine, fridge (please bring own food), microwave are available for use (please keep clean)
- No smoking on premises
- Pets are allowed but must be managed well and premises kept clean
- Vehicles can be parked on driveway and in garage. Street parking also available.
- Access to garage, as negotiated
- No damage to the surrounding gardens (in front, side or in the backyard) and lawn.
-Respectful to surrounding neighbours
-No damage to furniture, interior or exterior aspects of the house (unless initially discussed). Long-term modifications to premises negotiable.
-Pet (cat) could be kept in room during production or removed from premises as negotiated.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
