Newly renovated 3 bedroom two-storey home on the border of Scarborough and North York. Main floor consists of an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. Large galley style bright kitchen with marble backsplash and all white appliances. Dining room features a show stopper built-in cabinet with marble backdrop. This stores all our glassware, plates, coffee bar and wine rack. Our dining table is made of beautiful live edge walnut wood. Matching shelving in the built in cabinet. All lighting in our home features the edison bulbs. Living room is very cozy thanks to a large modern U-Shape couch that comfortably fits ten friends or family members. Living room has an accent wall which showcases our large screen tv and media units. Main floor has a grey, navy and white colour scheme.
The stairs will lead you to our second floor which consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Entire second floor has sloped ceilings. In the newly renovated master bedroom, one of the walls has been transformed into a full built-in cabinet to provide storage. The built in cabinet features a sleek wooden counter and marble knobs. Bedroom has a scandinavian modern feel with the main focus on the queen sized bed featuring all white bedding on a solid acacia wood bed frame.
