Incredible top floor overlooking a neighborhood garden in the heart of Wicker Park! You'll find soothing Scandinavian minimalism throughout a spacious open kitchen and cozy living area.
The space is adorned with plant life and infusions of various greens to create a natural environment that is soothing and warm. Unique spaces include a corner breakfast nook, a wide open kitchen space with butcher block counter tops, a long open living area with subtle touches of greys, white, blacks, and greens, and lastly a fireplace hearth surrounded by custom white cabinetry and a cedar covered chimney.
Windows are enormous and north facing so production teams will get fairly consistent lighting throughout the day. Flooring is luxury vinyl plank tiling. Finally, the building itself is 100yrs old with exposed bricks, 14ft ceilings, and 7ft high windows drawing in tons of natural light.
