This 80s Contemporary is carefully being brought into the 21st Century as a Modern Mountain House with midmod, scandi, boho vibes. Quirky and fun architectural elements are around every corner (various lofts, sunken areas, fireplaces, odd cut-outs, even space for a firepole!) and has been playfully, yet minimally decorated. Light pours in from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchen as well as the dining room, there are multiple skylights, and a deck wraps around half the house with multiple entrances to bring the outdoors in. Fabulous home for product shoots with so much natural light. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 4,800 square foot home rests on 2 acres of yard, 4 acres of woods.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
